Our Journey

Campbell's Café was born of two peoples' love for one another and for hosting friends with great food. Wife, Shannon's love for food trucks combined with her husband Romaen's amazing ability to make any meal seem gourmet lead them to hope of one day having a business of their own to share this. After years of planning, dreaming and using all their friends and family as taste testers they took a giant leap and purchased a food trailer to make it all a reality.  We aspire for everyone who has our food to feel the love and care that went into our creations and to leave feeling like they have shared a delicious meal with friends.
